Dear Student,
The University’s enrolment records indicate you may be starting or continuing your studies in Trimester 2 2015. The following information is intended to assist you to manage that enrolment.
The next trimester is about to begin and enrolments opened on Monday, 13 April 2015. Please ensure you have added at least one course through mySI-net (https://www.sinet.uq.edu.au) by the due date to enrol for Trimester 2, which is Friday, 15 May 2015.
Please enrol according to the Program Plan associated with your commencement trimester. Program Plans can be accessed from the UQ College website (http://www.uqcollege.edu.au/programs.php). Should you need to vary the Program Plan for reasons such as repeating a course, you will need to contact UQ College to ensure that your course choices provide the most effective pathway to complete this program.
Trimester 2 classes commence in the week beginning Monday, 18 May 2015. Please check your class timetable for your actual start date and time. Class timetables are available from UQ College, http://www.uqcollege.edu.au/programs.php  or you can make contact via phone on 07 3346 8222.

The final date you can add or change trimester 2 courses in mySI-net is Friday, 29 May 2015.  Following this date, and up until the census date (Friday, 12 June 2015) if you want to add or change courses you will  be required to complete a paper application form, and will incur a $50 administrative charge for late course addition. Further information as well as the Late Addition of Courses application form can be accessed on myAdvisor (http://www.uq.edu.au/myadvisor/changing-courses).
The due date to pay all fees and charges is Friday, 29 May 2015. Any outstanding financial liability following this date will incur an administrative charge for late payment. Information on fee-related matters can be accessed on myAdvisor (http://www.uq.edu.au/myadvisor/financial-matters).
