The Student Administration Directorate involves provision of administrative support and information through all stages of student life from admission to graduation.  Student Administration works collaboratively with academic and professional staff to deliver accurate and timely student focused administrative advice and service, and contributes to the development of student related policy.

Admissions

The Admissions section co-ordinates the domestic admissions activities for entry to all undergraduate programs at UQ.

Examinations

The Examinations Section provides centralised services and support to ensure consistent and high-quality conduct of examinations across all campuses of the University, as well the efficient utilisation of resources.

Student Centre

The Student Centre provides a one-stop shop for all student administration and general enquiries relating to University for students.

Student Fees

The Student Fees team has primary responsibility for the administrative systems and processes that are part of the fees function which interacts directly with students.

Graduations, Academic Progression, Enrolment, Transcripts, Verifications, Change to Finalised Results

Undergraduate Scholarships and Prizes

Undergraduate Scholarships and Prizes administers Scholarships for prospective students and maintains all undergraduate Senate Approved awards.
