The due date for submission of end of semester and deferred/supplementary exam papers is generally 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the examination period.

Exam papers must be uploaded via the web interface to the UQ Exam System.  Click here for Examination Paper Upload Instructions.

Examiners should ensure that the master scripts have been thoroughly proof read before upload.  Exam papers are printed directly from the PDF document uploaded to the web via the secure EMS website.  Printed copies of the end of semester examination paper will be hand delivered to Schools for checking of the print quality.
Please note that this is not an opportunity to resubmit a new examination paper should errors be found within the content of the examination paper. If errors are found, please contact the Examinations Section for advice.
In the event of an error or omission being found after the examination paper has been uploaded, schools should contact the Examinations Section on extension 52488 to arrange for corrections prior to the examination date, as there may be students sitting the exam off campus or under alternative examination arrangements.
Examination papers must not be sent to the Examinations Section via internal mail or email.
