Dear Student

The University's enrolment records indicate you are currently enrolled in Summer Semester 2016/2017. The following information is intended to assist you to manage that enrolment.

Please note the Summer Semester 2016/2017 census date is Sunday, 18 December 2016.

  • Your enrolment must be finalised by Sunday, 18 December 2016.

  • Census date is the last date to cancel courses without incurring HECS-HELP or FEE-HELP or tuition fee liability.

  • If you are enrolled in a course at midnight on the census date you will incur financial liability for the course.

  • If you drop courses after the census date but before 3 January 2017, you will incur financial liability but no academic penalty (i.e. you will not receive a grade for the course).

  • The University does not normally allow students to enrol in courses after the census date. Where late enrolment in a course is approved after the census date, Commonwealth Supported students are required to pay full tuition fees upfront and cannot access HECS-HELP or FEE_HELP for the course. The University has no discretion to allow courses to be added on a Commonwealth supported basis after the census date.
