Dear Student,

The University's enrolment records indicate you are enrolled in a course that is delivered in Trimester 1, 2017. The following information is intended to assist you to manage that enrolment.

You are advised to check your Trimester 1, 2017 results carefully when they are released on Friday, 5 May, to see if you are eligible for a supplementary assessment.

Supplementary assessments are granted only where University Policy and Program Rules allow. Please refer to UQ Policy and Procedures Library PPL3.10.09 at http://ppl.app.uq.edu.au/content/3.10.09-supplementary-assessment to check if you are eligible for supplementary assessment or contact UQ College for advice.

Applications for supplementary assessments must be lodged with UQ College by 5:00pm on Wednesday, 10 May 2017 using the paper application form available from my.UQ at https://my.uq.edu.au/information-and-services/manage-my-program/exams-and-assessment/supplementary-assessment. No late applications will be accepted.

Please be aware the Faculty of Business, Economics and Law guidelines state that supplementary assessment will cover 100% of the course material, and marks for all previous assessment for that course will be replaced by the marks received for the supplementary assessment.Results from supplementary assessment cannot be graded higher than a four.

Supplementary assessment will be held within the first two weeks of the following trimester, during a time mutually agreed by both students and UQ College.
