Administration Officer (Rotational)

Provide administrative support to students and staff engaged with the University’s student grievance, appeal and misconduct processes.
Manage the University’s online system for the management of student grievances, appeals and misconduct cases, and investigations conducted by external agencies, and provide technical support for system users.
Manage the University’s student misconduct register for the purposes of records management, reporting and analysis.
Liaise with the Office of the Queensland Ombudsman in relation to the Ombudsman’s investigations into student complaints.
